Auto Insurance Claims: phone calls, insurance claim denied, claims advice

my car was stolen,the insurance asked me what i did so i told them that i call the police,but on my call history the call do not show.the question is,can they deny my payment or claim for this?

Hello David,

Did you file a police report when your car was stolen?  If so, your call log is a non-issue.  You are not required to call the police from any specific phone.  Based on that alone, no, they cannot deny your claim.

If you have not filed a police report, you need to do so immediately.
