Auto Insurance Claims: AUTO COVERAGE
QuestionI drive a car which is technially my mothers car and i am the primary driver. the car is registered and insured in CT. i am a resident of MA. am i still covered under the insurance (being the primary driver) if i am not a resident of the state where it was insured.
AnswerHi Ben,
You should inform the insurance company of your correct address. If they find that the car is actually parked at a different address let alone a different state it could cause a problem with coverage.
I hope this helps
