Auto Insurance Claims: auto accident, insurance coverage issues, personal injury attorney

A dealership sold an auto in Nazareth, Pa to a man without checking his auto insurance he did not have any. They signed a temporary registration and released the auto to him. The next day
he rear ended my vehicle. What is the dealerships liability and
would they be held negligent?

I am not the right one to answer this question.  Rather than just blow you off with the form they have here for refusing to answer, at least I will give you a tip on which experts to ask.
