if my son is covered under his mothers car insurance were divorced can he drive my vehicle and is her covered?

Answer
Insurance follows the vehicle, not the driver.  The driver's insurance is secondary.  If the son is driving an uninsured vehicle, then yes, the mother's policy would apply, but otherwise, the owner of the car would be responsible for liability coverage on any driver.
