if a vehicle with liability insurance hits someone and the claim it caused them to have medical injuries on their hand.  would the insurance company cover it without a accident report.

I'm having trouble understanding your question but let me take a shot...

I think your asking if you can make a claim without an accident report.  You can make a claim but it's a little harder to prove without an accident report.

Insurance carriers tend to not believe an accident without a "official" police report.  You can go to your local department of motor vehicles office or police station after the fact and file a notice of accident.
