Auto Insurance Claims: Auto Theft/Total Burn, demand letter, auto theft

This is a follow-up question to one I have already posted.

Since the first question I asked you I had my recorded statement with the SIU guy, and now almost 60 days later NOTHING.  Everytime I ask I get the claim is still under investigation line from the adjuster.  I was wondering if you have a template for a demand letter for this type of claim (auto/theft total burn).  January 12, 2009 will be 60 days and I would just like for the insurance to to either pay or deny the claim so I can take the next step.

I remember speaking with you a while back. I have no such template and you are at their mercy.
Even if I refer you to an attorney, there is nothing the attorney can do until they deny your claim.
