QuestionMy wife had $10,000 in medical bills with a hurt back from a no fault, uninsured motorist accident. She is approx. 70% back to pre accident condition and her doctors told her she would probally only get to 90%. We are in negotiations with our own insurance agent and he offered $5,000 plus the $10,000 paid by pip. We countered to $35,000 plus the $10,000 and then they countered to $6,700 plus the $10,000. Do you see an amount we should go for? Please help and thanks
