Auto Insurance Claims: motorcycle accident, motorcycle accident, medical bills

i was recently cut off by a driver in florida,resulting in my motorcycle being
totaled and myself injured.my license was suspended at the time ;do i still have
a case.i have medical bills and no motorcycle?

Hi Mark,

Yes. Just because your license was suspended does not remove the other drivers liability for the damage they caused you. You should make a claim against the other drivers insurance for your bike as well as your injuries.
