Auto Insurance Claims: Should the bodily injury claim be filed during or after recovery?, bad grammar, bad writing

After getting insured in a car accident, I have not claimed the bodily injury but property damage. I will claim a bodily injury until I recovered. Can I list I was ever unable to due to the accident after I have already recovered? Do you think I should claim the bodily injury during the recovering period or after recovery? Thank you for your answer.

Though it clearly states in my profile and question instructions that I do not reply to bodily injury inquiries; I must make an exception here.

If in the event that I were going to entertain such a question, I'd be hard pressed to do so as the grammar and construction are so abysmal.

You may wish to word the question where someone can read it and then post it with a BI attorney.
