Do I need to sign some forms or just get a check after the property damage claim was settled but the bodily injury claim has not been settled yet?

Hi Ray,
Yes.  This is a release of all claims (for property damage only) and means that that you can never re-open this property damage claim against the insurance company or their client.  The property damage file will be closed forever.
This is normal and standard in every property damage claim.  There will later be a similar release when you settle the bodily injury claim.
