Questioni live in central nj going to work pulling into my job my car slid on ice -they never put any salt down - hitting the curb in their parking lot and bent the front rim and caused front end damage car is being towed and looked at -its a public business thatsells to the public like- home depot- that type IS THE OWNER RESPONIBLE FOR NELEGENCE ?
