Auto Insurance Claims: statute of limitations, bodily injuries, car pile

in an eight car pile up, involving 3 deaths...I was unable to function for 2 years with brain damage along with other bodily injuries..i never followed up on the claim at that time..is there a statute of limitations on this type of accident?

Yes there is a statute of limitations, however it is defferent in each state. Generally, the statute of limitations will be at least 2 years and in some cases as long as 6 years. You should contact an attorney in your state to lear the statute of limitations in your state. You need to do this quickly so that you do not miss your opportunity to be compensated for your injuries.
