i was in an acident last april we settled on a claim amount turned them in over a month ago how long until i can expected my check from them? thank you

Most states say the check has to be mailed between 15-30 days from the time of the settltment agreement. But most times the check is mailed in a day or two. Get a copy of their letter with the date on it and start calling them.
