AnswerHi Enes,
My area of expertise is in auto insurance not homeowners. However, I will do my best.
First, you are not trying to get them to cover mold, you are trying to get them to cover that damage to the wood, drywall, doors, mouldings, etc. You may need to gave a contractor come to your house when the insurance adjuster cones out so he can inspect and point out the damage to the adjuster. That way you have another opinion on your side. If the contractor see the damage and can point it out to the adjuster then they will likely pay for the damage.
I hope this helps
