Auto Insurance Claims: intentional car fire, new york state laws, criminal defense attorney

I want to know what the statue of car insurance fraud is for a car fire.  A car that was intentionaly set on fire in NY Stateaprox. 7 years ago??......I am having great difficulty finding the answers online.  My ex-husband got me in great trouble and debt for this issue and believe he should be punished for this, the claim has been paid but was through a bankrupsy, but I am having alot of problem not being honest about one thing in my life that I know the truth about.

This is not a question I can answer. I am not familiar with specific New York state laws. You will need to contact a criminal defense attorney in New York for the answer.  You may also be able to contact a State Attorney as well.
