Hi , my sister borrowed my car which she is not insured to drive , Would i be able to claim my insurance to get the car fixed even though i was not driving ?

Hi Vivien,

In most cases, you can loan your car to anyone that does not live in your household. If your sister lives in another house then there should be no problem. Is she lives in your house and is not on your police then there could be a problem with the coverage.
