I just want to find out if third party diminished value claims exist in PA?

A third party diminished value claim is a valid claim in all 50 states. This is based on the idea that the at-fault person is required to make you whole.  The the extent that the repairs to your vehicle do not restore yout vehicle to it's pre-accident value, you have not been made whole and are entitled to have the difference in value paid to you.
