Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Blower quit, 1995 buick riviera, buick riviera

Dear David,
I have a 1995 Buick Riviera that the blower quit for the A/C and heater. Yesterday it took  30 min. to start working. I have checked all the fuses according to the owners manual. Could you tell me where the blower motor is located so I can see if the motor is good and anything else I can check? Thanks

blower is under dash on passenger side lots of electrical componets in that area -almost have to lay on youre back-  two wire plug pruple and black wires purp is +12v black grnd- rap on the blower motor when its inop if it starts up and there ane no faulty connections or burnt wire connections the motor is bad
