How to install condenser in a 2002 montana mini van? Do we have to pull the radiator? Any other tips you can give me?

Yes, You have to pull the radiator.

Then you need to:

Replace the orifice tube.

replace the accumulator. (Big Tall aluminum canister near the firewall)

Vacuum down the system for at least 1 hour using a vacuum pump.

Add to the system the correct amount of refrigerant oil. approx 3 ounces in the new condensor.

Recharge the system with the correct amount of freon utilizing a set of A/C gages.

check for leaks.
