Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: auto A/C inoperative, chevy blazer, vacuum pump
QuestionMy A/C had been working fine until recently when the unit started blowing warm air..instead!? I own a 1985 Chevy Blazer with a 2.8 Liter V6. The compressor has been replaced since 2 years ago. I placed a vacuum pump near the condensor and it register at 110 psi (inside the "warning area"..) I have added 14 oz. of R134a and noticed NO CHANGE. Question: Should I add another can of R134a or should I have the compressor and condensor replaced?
AnswerI placed a vacuum pump near the condensor and it register at 110 psi (inside the "warning area"..) ?.
Why would you want to do that ?.
