My 1991 Buick Regal's blower moter has a mind of it's own.  It sometimes runs, and sometimes does not.  When it runs, all the fan speeds work.  I checked all the fuses. It seems like something is shorting out, but if that were so, I would blow a fuse.  Could you please help me? Thanks.

There are numerous possible faults that can cause this problem, Such as any number of loose or corroded wires or electrical grounds or a fault within the programmer to an intermittent fault within the fan motor to an intermittent fault in the POWER MODULE.

Without doing all the necessary test procedures, ll I can do is give you the most common fault which would be an intermittent fault in the FAN BLOWER CONTROL MODULE for the A/C blower fan.
