Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: A/C heater for 1981 280ZX turbo, nissan experience, nissan dealer

Question
I had the a/c system charged - but continued to blow hot air from the heater. Stuck bypass?  Took the car to a Nissan dealer to repair - said he could get parts for this year so he would not look at the problem.
Now the heater blower stopped working.
Who would recommend to repair these problems?
I live in Southen California around the Ontario Airport.

How fortunate you are. I just happen to have Nissan experience as I have worked on many a nissan in the past. In fact I owned an 81 280Z.

Who would I recommend ?. ME.

I really have no idea as to who in your neck of the woods who can do the repair for you unless you want to bring it to New Mexico.
