Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Automotive Air Conditioning, vacuum controller, automotive air conditioning

I have a '95 Honda Accord.  I cannot regulate the temperature; it remains ice cold even when the temperature dial is turned all the way to HOT.  This is okay in the summer but will not work for winter-time.
Any idea what the problem may be?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

But seriously, What is the past and current repair history of the vehicle in any repair what-so-ever ?.

Most times, It is a problem with the DAMPER DOOR not being moved to the correct position via either a CABLE, Vacuum controller and or an electrical controller.

My Honda expertise is NOT that great and depending upon the repair history I might be able to steer you in the right direction and or suggest a competent reliable repair facility that you trust.
