Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 89 Olds a/c, siefert, pressure switch

Question
A/C may run cold, medium or warm. May be hot going somewhere and cold coming home. Is there a cycling switch for the compressor and where is it located, if you deem that is the trouble.

Hi Roly;
   Depending on the model, yes there is  a cycling switch located on the accumulator or suction line.  If your power plant is a 3.1 v-6, no pressure switch.
  Off hand, I would have the system leaked checked and reharged before I did much else.
