Auto body repair & detailing: replace door hinge pins 94 Voyageur van, door hinge, wind noise

I have a van with the driver's door dropping down somewhat. The other is fine.  There is annoying wind noise on the drivers side. I was told the hinge pins could be worn. Do I need to replace both pins, and can this be done DIY?  Any tricks to this?  I have a pin and 2 bushings.

Open up the drivers door and lift it up and down. If you sense mobility, you need to replace the pins and bushings. I would advise you to do both upper and lower hinges, then you can start fresh. Yes, this is something you can do on your own. No tricks , just patience.
