Auto body repair & detailing: door panel on 1998 ford explorer, ball joint, ford explorer

1.my window want let down anymore, how do i remove the door panel to check the window track and all that other stuff, yes it has power windows.
2. the front end makes awful squeaking noises and a guy at the shop told me that ford makes them where u cannot grease them, anyway he said that it not wore out buy need to be sprayed with WD40 reuglar what would it cost to replace this part that i think is the ball joint maybe that holds the tires on iguess

The door pad can be removed by taking all the screws out that you can see. Then pry a little at a time on one corner and work you way around the rest of the door pad. Make sure you check for scews you may have not noticed as you go. A ball joint cost about $85.00 but it is labor intensive.
