Auto body repair & detailing: More Rust..., rust holes, rust proof

Question
well i found some rust holes on the frame of my 92 nissan pathfinder...is there anything that i can do?the rust is located towards the front,there is rust on the left and right side frame a little bit behind the frownt wheels.on the left side is about a quarter size hole.on the right about 5 inches long and 1 1/2 wide.

get some angle iron bigger than spot you have  1st. grind dwn all rust that you have and seal it. with rust proof paint you can put on with brush. or cover heavy with undercoat so air can not get to it. than cut down the angle iron. so it overlaps it around 1/2 in or so. weld it on.
