NEED LEFT FRONT HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT. LOCAL DEALER QUOTED $377.60 FPR PART. PLEASE ADVISE WHERE I MAY FIND A BETTER DEAL?

I dont know what state you are in but I would consider putting in a used part for that price. Look in your yellow pages and call your local auto salvage yards for the need parts. There are plenty of those headlamps out there.
