Auto body repair & detailing: Door panel, auto salvage yard, motor assemblies

I have a 92' Grand-am my window on the driver side has a bent window MOTOR assembly in which it has locked the outside door so I have to leave the window opened so I can open it from the inside. my question is how do I get that panel off so I can at least get the door open. do you know anything about these motor assemblies?

Do you have power windows? It is not the motor assy. that you are having prob. with It it is the regulator Send me more info. I personally would call a locall auto salvage yard buy a use one an have them install it.
