Auto body repair & detailing: power windows, steering wheel lock, downward position

Question
Have a 95 Gr. Marqouis Merc. and I have a problem with the passenger side front window.  Years ago I had the trouble with the back pass side window it would not work up or down.  Now the back window works well but the front pass side power window will  not raise up but will work in the downward position. Any clues on what to do?  This change happened after a steering wheel lock when I parked and turned the wheel.

Your window switch on the drivers side or the passenger side might be bad. The wires that pass through the two doors could be broken.  The motor that lifts up the window might be worn out. there are many possibilaties. that could be wrong. this job is for an on hands pro. to figure out. Sorry im not much help.
