Auto body repair & detailing: painting, wet sandpaper, pontiac firebird

do u know how to paint fiberglass? it if a front bumper of a 1988 pontiac firebird. i need to know  what kind(grit) sand paper to use and if i primer it once sanded or just paint because i am painting it myself prolly with cans or white spray paint?

Answer
You need to wetsand fiberglass bumpers with 400 grit wet sandpaper.prime affected areas. wetsand again but do not break through the primer to the area. if you do, repeat priming untill areas are covered, when smooth repaint.
