Auto body repair & detailing: cracked tail light, deville dts, salvage yard

I have a cracked tail light cover on the passenger side of my 2000 DeVille DTS.  Is it hard to remove this and make a repair or replace this red plastic?  How do I do it?  Is there a glue that I can apply to the inside of this crack to make it water proof or should I replace it?  What is best way to buy a replacement?

Also, the protective glass cover for the infrared camera is broken.  What is involved with replacing this?

 We suggest replacing the tail light.  Call an area aftermarket parts dealer or a salvage yard before calling a dealer.  As for the camera glass, that you may have to call a dealer for replacement  but you can ask the salvage yard if they may have this piece.
