Auto body repair & detailing: Bumper paint peeling?, pontiac firebird, paint world

I have just bought a 1988 pontiac firebird and the front bumper is fiberglass and the rear spoiler is feels like rubber and on both of these items the paint has started to peeling and i was woundering what steps i should take to repaint them? please e-mail me back. thanx
