Will the 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac drivers door interchange with the Ford Explorer (2001-2003)?

        According to my Book    Part # DD8733GTY fits both of the Trucks and the door glasses interchange but only as follows:

1995 - 2001   FORD   EXPLORER   4 DOOR UTILITY
1997 - 2001   MERCURY   MOUNTAINEER   4 DOOR UTILITY
2001 - 2003   FORD   EXPLORER SPORT TRACK   4 DOOR UTILITY

The block size or over all size of this door glass  23.3 X 34.3
has not changed from 1997-2006 but after 12/01/02 the part # was changes to DD10383 GTY and so the brackets on the glass may have changed also?

GTY = Green tint with attachments
a Brand New DD8733GTY should cost no more than 50.00-75.00 cash and carry not installed.
