You said in a previous question that a window regulator has to be replaced not repaired.  I have a 2004 sebring convertible, the only thing wrong is the cable is frayed.  The motor and regulator still work, is there any way to just replace the cable?

Hi Rachelle,

A repair facility that rebuilds window regulators can replace a worn cable, but it is not practical for anyone else.  Send me a follow up question telling me which window has failed and I will give you some additional information.
