Auto Glass: 1997 Monte Carlo power window stuck down, power window switch, chevy monte carlo

I have a 97 Chevy Monte Carlo.  The power window switch works to put the window down, but there isn't even a clicking sound to put the window up.  now the window is stuck down in the door and I can't even pry it up when I take the door panel off.  Is there any way to get the window up in the mean time until I can get the motor fixed?

I don't think you have a bad motor.  I think you have a bad switch.  A faulty switch is a common failure on this vintage of Monte Carlo.  However, you should get someone to confirm the switch failure before you purchase a new one.  Electrical parts are not returnable.
