how do i replace car window for a 1999 ford escort lx rear window does the crank pop off

Hi Randy,

There is a small U shaped clip that holds the window crank on.  Most auto parts stores sell window crank removal tools.  You can also try a small screwdriver or work a cloth back and forth behind the handle to dislodge it.
