If I disable my alarm permanently will I still be able to use my keyless entry to lock, unlock, & for the truck? It's a Factory alarm

Maybe. It depends on which part of the system you are
talking about. The Maxima has 3 poss. systems in play here.

There is a transponder ignition override system.
there is a horn honking, headlight flashing system,
and of course a possible after market system involved.

Be more specific on which is your issue,
so I can be too.
