Car Alarms: Nissan quest alarm, nissan quest, accured

On my Nissan quest the alarm goes when i open the door, when this accured in the past and i would use the key in the other door to stop it from sounding, but now its happening and that wont work again. what might be the problem, how to fix it or disharm it? thanks for your time.
