Car Alarms: Manual/automatic arm/disarm, avital alarm, valet

Question
My avital alarm was originally programmed as a manual arm. Something i did recently using key and valet button under dash, while trying to put in valet, "reprogrammed" the alarm as an automatic arm. How do i reprogram to a manual arm?
