Car Alarms: Prestige car alarm, prestige alarm, prestige car

I bought a 2001 Sunfire a few days ago. The guy I bought it from disengaged the Prestige alarm because it kept going off and killing the battery.  Today I started my car put in it reverse and the alarm started to go off.  Seems to be the brake that triggers it. How Do I disable it? How do I get it programed so I know how to use it?
