Car Alarms: pursuit car alarm, pursuit car, alarm sounds

Question
How do I disable a pursuit car alarm.  I just got a 1995 Toyota Tacoma with a pursuit car alarm.  I don't know how it got triggered on, but now when I open the door the alarm sounds and I can't start the truck.  Please help soon.  Thank you.
