Car Alarms: 2009 Grand Marquis limited edition, avital alarm, grand marquis

i have a avital alarm on my car and after i park overtime, after 15 min my alarm goes off and shows my trunk open light on my pager remote? then it does not go off no more after that until i use the car again and park again!
