Car Alarms: Alarm`, sidewinder, alarm system

i have the sidewinder 5000 model and i think it may be disabling my starter because sometimes it wont start and my battery is good, its brand new and its not the cables, they're fine but i was wondering how you disconnect the whole alarm system until i can remove it
