Car Alarms: 98 Isuzu Rodeo siren always on, isuzu rodeo, auto responder

My 98 Isuzu Rodeo has the car alarm going on radomly. Thus, I removed the fuse. But the horn is not working too. Now, whenever, I put the fuse in. The horn will goes. My vehicle has a 98 Isuzu Rodeo anti theft system. The keyless entry was working. I don't know how I can disable the alarm, to go the horn back.
