Car Alarms: lock/unlock problems with alarm, bmw z4, power locks

Question
I have a Scytek alarm system and everything works except the power locks. I know the alarm unit is putting out the the correct volts for both the lock and unlock wires. My diagram says my lock/unlock wires on the car (2003 BMW Z4) is white/black and blue/red both (-) but I get nothing when I press the remote.
