Car Alarms: Second Transmitter, replacement transmitters, replacement remotes

Question
I just bought a Toyota Echo and the car came only with one transmitter. I would like to buy a second (spare) transmitter for my wife. The transmitter is a K-9 Mundial Omega 432. Is it possible to program an extra transmitter and if so, how?
