Car Alarms: 2003 Toyota Camry wireless remote receiver, replacement transmitters, replacement remotes

My key fobs stopped worked.  Changed batteries and tried to reprogram them, no response from the car.  I figure it is the wireless remote receiver or something in the car.  Do you know were I can buy this part and how difficult of a job it would be for me to replace it myself (fairly technical person)?
