Car Alarms: Prime AMX 7 remote car opener., car door opener, remote car door opener

My car had  been parked outside my for about 3 three weeks last winter break; When I came back, first, I cannot ignite the car; but the problem was fixed by jump start. Second, the remote car door opener cannot work; I checked the battery-they are fine. The led is still flashing.

Could you help me with that?
