Car Alarms: Disable alarm of SILENCER, fcc id, flip switch

I can't disable the SILENCER alarm and it goes on for a minute or so and stop.  My SILENCER [FCC ID ELVMT6A] fob has 4 buttons "Lock" (top Left), "UnLock" (Top Right), "Panic" (Bottom Left), "AUX" (Bottom Right).  Under the dash by the steering column, there is a valet switch On/OFF.  What's the procedure to disable the alarm.  Thanks in advance.

Make sure you do the procedure correctly.
Might have missed a step:

PUT IGNITION KEY IN IGNITION,
KEY ON TO JUST BEFORE CRANKING THE ENGINE.
PRESS IN AND HOLD VALET SWITCH
UNTIL YOU GET A RESPONCE
FROM THE ALARM.

KEY OFF.

This should toggle the alarm in and out of
valet/override.

If toggle type switch.
KEY ON, FLIP SWITCH, KEY OFF,
START THE CAR.

I hope this solved it for you.
